Excellent fish for many years. A small place with no dine in. Only take out. Food is consistently good.

This place do not have a dine in is all take out but while you wait for your order the waiting area feels like hell is very hot and you can sweat like crazy. The fish is very good and tasty as to take out only. They need to make this place comfortable for their costumers as we spend the money on there.

This place has the best catfish in Texas. It's Texas's hidden gem. Because not that many people who are traveling to Dallas from somewhere else know about it. I would definitely try this place if I was new to the area and, wanted the best seafood Texas could offer. It's even better then Razzoo's in fact way better.

I give this place 5 stars for two reasons 1) the price and 2) the food is really good for the price. I got the lunch special which is available tues-fri 11 to 2. In my opinion you can't go wrong with this hidden gem. The tarter sauce was really good as well.

The best spicy catfish on this side of Earth!!! Prices are more than reasonable. Don't just take my word, try it yourself. Update: I still frequent this place, the thing I forgot to mention last review was the house tartar sauce! Try it. Try it again!

I had the whole catfish, wings, fries and the hushpuppies which were exceptional. Both was seasoned to a 'fair thee well'. It was not overly seasoned and all I had to do was eat. It was an awesome meal.I came from Wichita,,ks. Every time I talk to my daughter who lives in Edmond, Oklahoma she would rave about this restaurant and promised to take me there when I came to visit her.Well this place 'lived up to the hype ' It was absolutely scrumptious ????. The staff and servers were friendly and made my experience unforgettable. I will be going back several times when I visit my daughter again. God bless. I will be praying for your continued success.!!!

Food was good. Not sure if the fish they’re selling is actually catfish though. Texturally it doesn’t taste like it….but hey, they say it’s catfish so who am I to argue. The fish had good flavor and was cooked to order. It just doesn’t taste like catfish. I called in my order. They told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in 30 and still had a short wait. No complaints. It was hot and fresh. There were a couple of disgruntled customers waiting but if you place your order in the restaurant and wait for it, your wait might be long. Call ahead. It makes the waiting shorter. The service has gotten better. The staff was friendly and I was satisfied.

We have been eating catfish and fries from Catfish Connection for over 20 plus years. Even though they have changed ownership the food is still great.

I moved from Dallas 30 years ago, but when I go back for a visit I always come to Catfish Connection. Yes, it's a greasy spoon. No, you can't dine inside. Yes, you have to wait in your car to get your food. And YES, it's worth it if you want fried catfish the way your grandmother use to cook it.

Catfish is salty and has like a Tony Cachere tang but not really spicy, fries are soggy and bread is old. The tartar sauce taste thousand islands dress with a kick. The best part is the pickles and jalapeños. Of course the place is small and cooked to order. The staff is always friendly but the food every time hits differently. I have to update I gave them another chance. I am updating from 3 to 4. Go get a slice of cake.
